Kirksville couple has criminal charges dropped
KIRKSVILLE, MO. -- Criminal charges against two former Kirksville business owners has been dropped by Adair County prosecutor Matt Wilson.
Allen and Danielle Russell, owners of the former Kirksville business; "Russell Extreme Sports" had been charged with felony theft.

A Kirksville couple facing a felony charge in connection with their former business entered not guilty pleas in Adair County Circuit Court.
Allen Russell, 41, and his wife Danielle, 27, are each charged with stealing over $25,000.
The two operated Russell Extreme Sports in downtown Kirksville.
They are accused of stealing property paid for by an investor in the business, as well as selling some of the inventory to a Quincy business and not paying money back to the investor.
The Russell’s remain free on their own recognizance.
February seventh is the next date they are scheduled to be in court.
