KIRKSVILLE, MO. -- A Kirksville man is back in jail in connection with a domestic incident involving his father.

Caleb Warwick, 29, is charged with felony domestic assault.

According to court documents, Warwick hit his dad several times when they argued over the father's medication.

Warwick is being held in the Adair County Jail.

At the time of Thursday night's incident, Warwick was free on his own recognizance in connection with two counts of felony possession of a controlled substance.

The earlier incident that lead to the original drug charges also involved Warwick's alleged illegal possession of some of his father's medication.
