KIRKSVILLE, MO -- The National Rifle Association Political Victory Fund (NRA-PVF) has announced their endorsement for U.S. Congressman Roy Blunt.  Blunt is running against Secretary of State Robin Carnahan for Missouri’s U.S. Senate seat.

“They really do want to put a treaty before the U.S. Senate to ban civilian ownership of firearms in this country like they’ve banned it in a lot of other countries” said Executive Vise President of the National Rifle Association Wayne LaPierre.  “I can guarantee you this, because I know him and I watch him, when that happens, Roy Blunt will be in the senate voting NO on any U.N. treaty and protecting the freedoms of our American Citizens throughout the country.”
