Iowa Wesleyan College, in cooperation with the Iowa Department of Revenue and Finance, will host a two-hour tax workshop designed for small business owners who do their own Iowa sales tax and withholding tax returns.

The workshop will be held in the Chadwick Library International Room on the Iowa Wesleyan College campus in Mt. Pleasant, Iowa, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, on Wednesday, October 14, 2009.

Targeted toward new and existing businesses that do their own sales taxes and withholding returns, this workshop will cover such things as completing returns, exemptions, exemption certificates, local option sales taxes and more. The workshop conductor is Mr. Terry O’Neill, Taxpayer Service Specialist for the Iowa Department of Revenue and Finance.
