CHICAGO (AP) - An attorney representing Jennifer Hudson's estranged brother-in-law says he expects formal charges to be filed against his client "soon" in the deaths of three of the actress's family members. Attorney Joshua Kutnick says he talked to William Balfour on Tuesday morning and that the 27-year-old convicted felon adamantly denies he shot and killed Hudson's mother, brother and 7-year-old nephew. Chicago Police arrested Balfour on a three-count murder warrant Monday but say the department is awaiting formal charges from the Cook County State's Attorney's office. Prosecutors aren't commenting on the case. Hudson's mother, Darnell Hudson Donerson, her brother, Jason Hudson, and her nephew, Julian King, were shot to death in late October.
