UNIONVILLE, MO. -- A Unionville, Missouri man charged with four sex related felonies has entered a plea of not guilty in Putnam County Circuit Court.

Dustin Kirkwood, 26, is charged with three counts of first degree statutory rape and one count of first degree statutory sodomy.

According to court papers, Kirkwood is accused of having sex with the 13-year-old victim on three separate occasions, twice in Kirkwood's home.

Kirkwood remains in the Putnam County Jail. He has been granted a reduction in bond. His bond is now $50,000 with ten percent allowed. If Kirkwood makes bond, he will have special conditions attached to his release.

Dustin Kirkwood's next court date is set for October 24th.
