On Friday, September 14, 2012 when the train arrived in Chicago, IL Amtrak officials found his luggage, cell phone & medication in this sleeper car but there was no sign of Charlie. His family is concerned because he is potentially disoriented and may need medical attention.

Police are still confirming the possibility that Charlie may have also spoken with Amtrak conductors on two separate occasions: late Thursday evening and Friday early morning near Omaha, Nebraska. Sources say that when he spoke to the conductor on early Friday morning that Charlie was confused about his whereabouts and believed he was in an apartment, not on a train, and needed to find the front door. His family is concerned about his health and state of mind. It is urgent that Charles be located as soon as possible as he is under the care of a physician, and his medication was left on the train.
