Officers find two meth labs at Unionville home

UNIONVILLE, MO. -- A search of a home near the Putnam County R-1 Schools in Unionville turned up two meth labs along with methamphetamine, marijuana, firearms, prescription pills and narcotic paraphernalia.

Just before 6:30 a.m. Tuesday, the Unionville Police Department and the Missouri State Highway Patrol carried out a search warrant at 511 South 17th Street in Unionville.

Arrested were Michael Yarberry, 44, and Marie Nelson, 35, both of Unionville.

Both face a laundry list of charges.

Yarberry is charged with manufacturing a controlled substance within 2,000 feet of a school.

He and Nelson are both charged with possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and maintaining a public nuisance.

Nelson is being held on $40,000 bond.

Bond for Yarberry is set at $75,000.
