KIRKSVILLE, MO. -- The City of Kirksville is closing a portion of P.C. Mills Park.

The playground area will be closed off beginning Mon., Aug. 20 while crews remove the existing equipment. It will remain closed until the new playground equipment is installed, which is expected to take place in early September.

The rest of the park, including the picnic shelter, will remain open.
