KIRKSVILLE, MO -- A northeast Missouri man is facing a felony charge after police say he failed to make payments on a big screen television.

Danny Creason, 33, of Kirksville is charged with felony stealing in the case.

According to court papers, Creason had rented a 60-inch TV, but failed to make payments.

When store employees went to Creason's home to repossess the TV, he reportedly told them he sold the TV to another individual.

Kirksville police called the suspect and asked him to come to the police station.

When he arrived, he was taken into custody.

Creason is in the Adair County Jail on $25,000 cash only bond.
