88-year-old charged in sex case

MACON, MISSOURI -- An 88-year-old northeast Missouri man has been indicted by a grand jury on four sex related felony charges.

Bernard Davolt, 88, of Macon is charged with two counts of first degree child molestation and two counts of first degree statutory rape. He is accused of having sex with someone under the age of 14.

Davolt is being held in the Macon County Jail under $100,000 cash only bond. His first court date is set for July 11, 2012.
