Keegan Yowell, 17 of Kirksville
KIRKSVILLE, MO. -- A Kirksville teen has been arrested after being found to be in possession of methamphetamine.
Keegan Yowell, 17, is charged with felony possession of a controlled substance.
According to court papers, Yowell's mother told police she smelled a strong chemical odor coming from the teenager’s bedroom. When she entered the room she noticed a jar of liquid on the floor.
When officers arrived, Yowell told them he knew nothing about jar. The liquid in the jar field tested positive for meth.
Yowell is being held in the Adair County Jail under $25,000 cash only bond.
