Kirksville woman behind bars for a probation violation

KIRKSVILLE, MO. -- A Kirksville woman is back behind bars after failing to follow the orders of her probation.

According to court documents, 27-year-old Jackie Stark was arrested on a probation violation after she was allegedly found to be using controlled substances.

Stark was put on five years probation in January of 2009, following a guilty plea to a felony possession charge.

Stark is being held in the Adair County Jail without bond on a probation violation warrant.
