SOUTH GIFFORD, MO. -- Update: 4-15-2012, 10:43 p.m.
According to court documents, 22-year-old Frank Salsberry has been charged with felony possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of up to 35 grams marijuana.
The Macon County Sheriff's Office said Salsberry was released from the Macon County Jail after paying a $30,000 surety bond.
Judge Phillip Prewitt has ordered that Salsberry take blood, breath, and urine tests every Monday, live with his parents in Novinger, and provide proof of employment, along with complying with standard Macon County bond conditions.

21-year-old Lynette Roberts of La Plata, Mo. and 22-year-old Frank Salsberry of Novinger, Mo. have been charged in relation to the incident. Roberts has been charged with receiving stolen property, a class C felony. She remains in the Adair County Jail on a $25,000 cash only bond. Salsberry has been charged with possession of a controlled substance- methamphetamine. He is being held in the Macon County Jail on a $50,000 cash only bond. Macon County Sheriff's Deputy Tyler Souther said more charges for both individuals are pending.

It appears the sheriffs of Macon and Adair counties have solved countless burglaries Based on what they uncovered Friday.
When carrying out a search warrant, they found thousands of dollars worth of stolen property at a residence in South Gifford, Missouri.
A lot of it was crammed into an old school bus on the property.
The rest was inside a single wide mobile home.
The stolen items ranged from generators and power tools to chainsaws and hunting gear.
Investigators said they believe the stolen property was taken during numerous break-ins.
Now it's a matter of figuring out who the rightful owners are.
"There were several burglaries in the southwest part of Adair County,” said Adair County Sheriff Robert Hardwick. “We've contacted these owners of the property to have them come down today (Friday) and look. We've got, it's probably a 54- to 60-passenger school bus that was full of property and stolen property and things of this nature so we're going to have them come here to identify it as it's all laid out in the open"
"We've got some people on their way now to look this stuff over,” said Macon County Sheriff Robert Dawson. “A lot of it is consistent with things we have reported stolen, but it's hard to get a perfect ID on it without the owners looking at it."
Dawson and Hardwick told KTVO two people who were at the residence were arrested Friday.
Lynette Roberts, 21, of Kirksville and Frank E. Salsberry, 22, of Novinger are sitting behind bars with charges pending in the stolen property case.
Roberts is being held on a probation warrant out of Adair County.
As of late Friday evening, neither Roberts or Salsberry had been charged yet in this case.
