Three southeast Iowa men charged with burglary

WAPELLO COUNTY, IOWA -- Three southeast Iowa men face burglary charges. 

According to the Wapello County Sheriff's Office, the three men have been charged with Burglary in the third degree, a class D felony.

The three men arrested include Ethan Messer, 21, of Eddyville, Iowa; Ross Cobler, 25, of Ottumwa, Iowa; and Matthew Stines, 24, of Ottumwa, Iowa.  

The Sheriff's Office said the individuals were arrested in relation to the same incident.

Messer was arrested on March 23. He remains in the Wapello County Jail on a $5,000 bond. Cobler was arrested on March 15. He is also being held on a $5,000 bond in the Wapello County Jail. Stines was arrested on March 18. He has been released after posting a $5,000 bond.

The Wapello County Sheriff's Office is conducting the investigation.
