KIRKSVILLE, MO. -- Truman State University's ROTC held a Commissioning Ceremony Saturday morning. Four winter graduates became Second Lieutenants in the United States Army.

Commissioning is the result of the completion of the ROTC program. It acknowledges that the cadets have finished training and are ready to serve. Those commissioned included Second Lieutenant Ralph Bogan, Second Lieutenant Patrick Takamiya, Second Lieutenant Heather Wagner, and Second Lieutenant William Wolfram.

Bogan heads to Fort Benning in Georgia for the next four months for Officer training. Wagner will serve in in active duty in the Military Police Corps, Takamiya will head to the Army Reserves and Wolfram will serve in the Missouri National Guard.
