KIRKSVILLE, MO. -- The Northeast Missouri Health Council announced on Wednesday that construction has started on the new 25,000 square foot facility on the A-T- Still University campus.

The new Health Council building will house the OB/GYN Specialty Group and Northeast Pediatrics on the first floor and Northeast Dental on the second floor.

The $3.8 million dollar  project is funded by a capital development program grant.

Sparks Construction of Kirksville is the contractor for the facility.

The new building is set to open in the fall of 2012 barring any major weather setbacks.
