ADAIR COUNTY, MISSOURI -- A Brashear teen being held in the Adair County jail Saturday evening on charges of stealing. According to the Adair County Sheriffs office, Brian Helton, 18, has been accused of selling stolen property to a scrapyard. His cash-only bond was set at $25,000.
