MACON,MO -- The Missouri State Highway Patrol announces the following transfers in the Troop B area effective October 1, 2011.

Trooper Chad Primm will transfer from Troop B, Zone 11, Monroe and Randolph counties, to Zone 1, Macon and Shelby counties.  He is a native of Macon, Missouri, and a graduate of Macon R-1 High School.  Trooper Primm holds a law enforcement certificate from Moberly Area Community College in Moberly, Missouri. Prior to his appointment to the Patrol he served as a Macon city police officer for over eight years. Primm was appointed to the Patrol on January 8, 2006, and after graduating from the Patrol Academy, he was assigned to Troop H, Zone 7, Clinton and Caldwell counties.  On October 1, 2009, he transferred to Troop B, Zone 11.  He is married to Deana (Shatzer) Primm and they have three sons: Jacob, Alex, and Conner.

Trooper Lee Ewigman will transfer from Troop C, Zone 19, Lincoln and Pike counties, to Troop B, Zone 11, Monroe and Randolph counties.  He is a native of Marceline, Missouri, and a graduate of Marceline R-V High School.  He holds a bachelor’s of science degree in business finance from the University of Missouri - Columbia. Ewigman was appointed to the Patrol on July 1, 2008, and after graduating from the Patrol Academy he was assigned to Troop C, Zone 19.
