KIRKSVILLE, MO. -- Kirksville police need your help in locating this weeks Fugitive Of The Week. Police are looking for Jarod Cole Shrouf, 25, of Hurdland, Missouri.
Shrouf is five feet, eleven inches tall, weighing 180 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. Shrouf has ties to both Knox and Adair Counties.
Shrouf is wanted on a probation violation, in connection with a previous guilty plea to a charge of first degree statutory sodomy. According to court records, Shrouf allegedly violated his probation by consuming a controlled substance – cocaine.
