MILAN, MO. -- A northeast Missouri man is facing a sex related felony charge following an alleged incident involving a female victim under the age of 12.
43-year old Terry Collis of Milan is charged with first degree statutory sodomy in connection with an incident that the Sullivan County Sheriff's Office says occurred while Collis was in a swimming pool with the victim.
Additional charges are pending in Adair County in connection with unrelated incidents.
Collis entered a not guilty plea in Sullivan County Associate Circuit Court. His next court date is set for August 25th. He is being held for Sullivan County in the Daviess-Decab Regional Jail under a $100,000 cash only bond.
