Balloons ready to take over city

OTTUMWA, IOWA -- The 34th annual Pro Balloon Races get underway in Greater Ottumwa Park on Wednesday.

The event, put on by the Lions Club, runs through Sunday.

The crowd pleasing night glows will be held on Friday and Saturday evening.

The Friday night glow will be followed by a fireworks display sponsored by Cargill.
