Busy day in Wapello County Court

OTTUMWA, IOWA -- Tuesday was a busy day in Wapello County District Court.

Three local men received sentences for drug convictions.

Christopher Lee Cox, 36, was sentenced to five years for two counts of conspiracy to deliver marijuana.

Cox was arrested in July of 2010.

Clifford William Collett Senior, 54, also was sentenced to five years for one count of conspiracy to deliver marijuana.

Collett was arrested in April of 2010.

Donald Leo Sevier, 38, was also sentenced to five years for one count of conspiracy to deliver marijuana.

Sevier was arrested in October of 2010

All three men had previously entered guilty pleas.
