KDIC Director resigns

KIRKSVILLE, MO. -- The Kirksville Downtown Improvement Committee is changing directors, following the resignation of current Executive Director Nate Walker. 

Walker’s resignation was announced Monday afternoon in a news release from KDIC. The group also named Jeremy Pingel as Interim Executive Director to replace Walker. In his resignation letter Walker listed personal reasons for the resignation.

Walker was named Executive Director in October of last year after the previous director, Lynn Daniels, was fired two months earlier. 

Pingel is a Kirksville native who presently is an independent associate of Aflac Insurance.
