KIRKSVILLE, MO. -- The 33rd Annual Children's Easter Egg Hunt was held Saturday morning on the Truman State University Quad.

Little ones from only a couple of months old to big kids took off to pick up as many Easter eggs as possible.

The event was sponsored by Kirksville Parks and Recreation, Cardinal Key and the Adair County Family YMCA.

The Easter Bunny was there of course, along with Spike the Bulldog.

Excitement filled the air as youngsters found candy and toys in Saturday's Easter egg hunt.
