KEOSAUQUA, IOWA -- A lock down Thursday morning at Van Buren High School was planned.

Van Buren School Superintendent Lisa Beames told KTVO that the lockdown was part of a planned search of the schools lockers.

The search had been planned for some time.

Van Buren County Sheriff's Deputies use dogs to search the school for drugs.

At this time there is no word if any contraband was found.
