Twin sisters busted on identical pot charges

OTTUMWA, IOWA -- An ongoing investigation into drug activity in Ottumwa resulted in felony charges against twin sisters.

Arrested were Teresa Rogers, 34, and Stacy Rogers, 34, both of Ottumwa.

The two were arrested after members of the Southeast Iowa Inter-Agency Drug Task Force served search warrants at homes in  the 800 block of Wabash and the 700 block of Clinton.

Each sister is charged with felony counts of delivery of marijuana, conspiracy to deliver marijuana, possession with intent to deliver the illegal drug and a drug tax stamp violation.

Both suspects have been released on bond.
