Fire burns residence to the ground

OTTUMWA, IOWA --  

A Wapello County family lost their home to fire Saturday night.
    
The Wapello County Rural Fire Department responded to a fire around 9:30 p.m. at Lot 99 of the Hidden Valley Trailer Court just west of Ottumwa at 16440 Highway 34.
    
A residence made of three mobile homes put together was a total loss. It was owned by Marcus Kelly, and everyone in the residence got out in time.
   
The fire chief told KTVO the cause of the blaze is under investigation, it started in the garage.
    
The Ottumwa Fire Department was called for help.
