OTTUMWA, IA -- Seven Ottumwa residents are facing charges in connection with a fight at the Hidden Valley Trailer Court earlier this month.

Officers were called to a report of a large fight with weapons at the trailer court on September 6th.

The people involved fled the scene before officers arrived but 3 men were taken to Ottumwa Regional Health Center for treatment of injuries.

One of those men was later transported to a Des Moines hospital for surgery for head injuries.

The Wapello County Sheriff's Department initially arrested five people on various charges.

Juan Zendejas, 21, Stacey Jimenez-Enriquez, 45, and Jose Jimenez-Enriquez, 32, are all charged with disorderly conduct.

Yolanda Saenz, 35, was arrested for driving while suspended and Wesley Melendez-Landeros, 29, is facing charges of public intoxication and interference with official acts.

Further investigation led authorities to arrest two more people today in connection with the incident.

Fredi Navarro-Ramos, 19, and Juan Hernandez-Huerta, 22, are both charged with joint criminal conduct robbery in the first degree.

Both are being held in the Wapello County Jail on $25,000 bond.
