In February 2010, the Iowa Division of Narcotics Enforcement along with the Southeast Iowa Inter-Agency Drug Task Force initiated a Prescription Medication Distribution investigation in Ottumwa IA.
During the investigation, controlled purchases of prescribed medications were purchased at a residence in Ottumwa IA.
On Friday, July 9, 2010, investigators from the Iowa Division of Narcotics Enforcement, Ottumwa Police Department, and the Southeast Iowa Inter-Agency Drug Task Force, executed a search warrant at the Sandra Kay Breuklander residence located at 301 N. Graves in Ottumwa Iowa. As a result of the search, officers seized items consistent with the sale of prescribed medications.
Breuklander, age 63, was arrested and charged with Ongoing Criminal Conduct, a Class “B” Felony and Delivery of Hydromorphone (Dilaudid), a Class “”C” Felony.
