KIRKSVILLE, MO. -- A Missouri State Highway Patrol trooper is facing multiple felony charges after being arrested last week.
Dustin Berry, 26, of Leonard, Mo., is charged with two counts of forgery and one count of sale or possession of equipment with an altered identification number. Berry was arrested by the Highway Patrol last week in Livingston County. He has been released on bond.
Berry joined the Missouri State Highway Patrol in 2006 and is currently assigned to Troop B. He served as a Shelby County Sheriff's Deputy prior to becoming a trooper.
