Four arrested for conspiracy to manufature meth

Each face multiple charges and up to 25 years in prison. They are being held on $100,000 bond.

FAIRFIELD, IOWA -- Authorities arrested four people on drug related charges in Jefferson County. Executing two search warrants, police arrested Kirk Condon, Julie Cook, Gary Haynes, and Brittiney Wissler all from Fairfield.

Each face charges of conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine more than five grams, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Conspiracy to manufature methamphetamine, more than five grams, is a Class B felony and is punishable by up to 25 years in prison.

More charges are filed against each individual and authorities say the investigation is ongoing..

All four are being held on $100,000 cash only bond.

Kirk Condon, 40, Fairfield.

Charges: Possession of a controlled substance: marijuana, Conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine: more than five grams, Possession of a controlled substance: Methamphetamine, Possession of drug paraphernalia, and Pharmacy pseudoephedrine sale restriction.

Julie Cook, 45, Fairfield.

Charges: Possession of a controlled substance: marijuana, Conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine: more than five grams, Possession of a controlled substance: Methamphetamine, and Possession of drug paraphernalia,

Gary Everett Haynes, 38, Fairfield.

Charges: Conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine: more than five grams, Possession of a controlled substance: Methamphetamine (2nd offense), Possession of anhydrous ammonia with intent to manufacture methamphetamine. Possession of drug paraphernalia, and Pharmacy pseudoephedrine sale restriction

Brittiney Shantell Wissler, 22, Fairfield.

Charges: Conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine: more than five grams, Possession of a controlled substance: Methamphetamine (3rd offense), Possession of drug paraphernalia, and Pharmacy pseudoephedrine sale restriction.
