KIRKSVILLE, MO -- On Tuesday, the Adair County SB40 Developmental Disability Board held an open meeting to discuss several issues.  One of the main topics talked about was the hiring of a new executive director.  On March 1, 2010, former executive director Nan Davis stepped down from her role after four years of service.

SB40 Developmental Disability Chairman Don Crosby told KTVO that the board has a strict deadline in finding a new executive director.

Crosby said the SB40 Developmental Disability Board plans to accept applications for the position until March 31.  On April 15 the board will conduct interviews and select a new executive director.  On May 3, that candidate will be sworn in as the new executive director of SB40 in Adair County.

For more information, or if you are interested in applying, you can call the Adair County SB40 Developmental Disability office at (660) 665-9400.
