ST. LOUIS, MO. -- Three northeast Missouri residents are headed to prison on federal drug charges.

Michelle Brand, 28 of Memphis, Mo., was sentenced to four years in prison on charges of conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine and possession of pseudoephedrine for the manufacture of methamphetamine.

Christopher Johnston, 31, and 25-year-old Shane Krise, both of Wyaconda, Mo., were each sentenced to five years in prison. Both were charged with conspiracy to manufacture meth.

Brand, Johnston and Krise along with two other men were arrested after a high speed chase and day-long manhunt in Scotland County last February.

The two other men, 24-year-old Christopher Armstrong of Memphis, Mo., and 36-year-old Kenneth Thompson of Kirksville have also pleaded guilty to drug charges in connection with the incident. Armstrong and Thompson are awaiting sentencing.
