Nine Kirksville High School Band Students performed in the Northeast Missouri All-District Band on Saturday, January 16.

The seven students selected to the Honorable Mention Band were Ben Darling, Lily Ewing, Kelly Keener, Scott Kriegshauser, Becky Laird, Chris Shinn, Matt Williams.  The two students selected to the All-District Band were Forrest Beck and Austin Motley.  Austin was also selected to the Missouri All-State Band which will be performing on Saturday, January 28 in Osage Beach. 

The director for the Honorable Mention Band was Melissa Gustafson-Hinds.  She is Director of Bands at O'Fallon Township High School in O'Fallon Illinois.  The director of the Honor Band was Gary Brandes.  He is the Director of Bands at the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
