OSKALOOSA, IOWA (AP) -- An Oskaloosa chiropractor accused of sexually abusing female clients will go on trial next year.
A Mahaska County judge set a March 16 trial for Jason Ebelsheiser on seven counts of third-degree sexual abuse and one count of tampering with records.
Ebelsheiser was arrested in July. He's accused of sexually abusing women, ages 17 to 46.
Ebelsheiser is allowed to continuing practicing while the case is pending. The Iowa Board of Chiropractic decided not to suspend his license, but a chaperone must be present while Ebelsheiser treats female clients and he cannot perform treatments that require contact in the pelvic area for those clients.
