The second annual Quad City Health Fair came and went Saturday. Lynelle Diers is a part of the planning committee and she made sure people would be busy when they visited the event.

There were around 50 vendors with activities for kids as well as adults, health screenings, a variety of free tests, and extensive information in all aspects of health.
