OTTUMWA, IOWA -- It's an exciting time for downtown Ottumwa; over the next couple of months, there are many businesses moving to downtown.

One such business is Elegance by Design, which is currently located on the 600 block of Pennsylvania Ave.

The jewelry and accessory shop will be moving to 2nd St. on the first floor of the Hoffman Building, next to where the Little Bake Shop is moving, as well.

“Downtown is growing. It's going to be thriving. There's excitement going on down there and so I’m very excited to be moving down there. Not only I'll have more space to showcase a lot more items in my shop, it's just going to be a really good move as far as location and traffic flow,” said Regenia Bradley, owner of Elegance by Design.

Beginning of March is when Bradley expects the new location to open.

Currently Elegance by Design shares a space with Essential Massage and Spa which will also be moving to where Sherwin Williams used to be on 2nd St.
