KIRKSVILLE, MO. -- A Milan man facing felony sex charges now knows when he will stand trial.
   
Terry Collis, 44, is charged with first degree statutory sodomy following an alleged incident involving a female victim under the age of twelve.

Collis is scheduled to stand trial beginning January 25 in Sullivan County Circuit Court. He is being held in the Davies-Dekalb Regional Jail under $100,000 cash only bond.
   
Collis is charged in connection with an incident that the Sullivan County Sheriff's Office says occurred while he was in a swimming pool with the victim.
    
Collis is also facing charges in Adair County, where he is charged with three counts of first degree statutory sodomy. The Adair County charges are unrelated to the Sullivan County charge.

He is scheduled to go on trial on the Adair County charges in March of next year.
