KIRKSVILLE, MO -- Here comes Santa!

Santa made his way to Kirksville, and his first stop was at the Adair County Courthouse Friday night on a fire truck.

Many kids were waiting in the cold temperatures to meet Santa and talk with him.

Each kid was handed a candy cane before sitting on Santa's lap.

The children told Santa what they wanted for Christmas and had their pictures taken.

Every Saturday from now until December 22, kids can visit Santa from 2-4 p.m. at the courthouse. There will also be a train and kids and parents can take a ride around the courthouse lawn.
