KIRKSVILLE -- A power outage affected 1150 AmerenUE customers in Kirksville for 30 minutes Thursday afternoon starting at 3:45 p.m. A tall truck clipping the power line on Potter Avenue initiated the outage. The outage affected customers generally along the west side of Kirksville, including the hospital. The driver of the truck is unknown. The power problem was repaired and restored at 5:55 p.m.
