UNIONVILLE, MO. -- A Unionville man is facing multiple sex-related felony charges regarding incidents that allegedly occurred between 1999 and 2007.

Joel Bremer, 47, is charged with four counts of first degree statutory rape, two counts of first degree statutory sodomy, one count of statutory sodomy and two counts of felony child molestation.

According to court papers, the victim says Bremer began to sexually molest her at about the age of 6, she says by the age of eight he began having deviate sexual intercourse with her. By age 10 the victim says Bremer progressed in his abuse and began having sexual intercourse with her until she was approximately 14 years old.

She estimated they had intercourse about one hundred times during the eight years of the alleged abuse. The victim said the abuse took place at two different addresses in Unionville, Mo. The victim is now 19.

Bremer is being held in the Putnam County Jail under $150,000 cash only bond.
