IOWA-MISSOURI -- The outlook for gas prices this year has been released by the analysts at the website GasBuddy.com.
They are predicting nationwide average gas prices as low as $3.29 in January to as high as $3.95 in April.
It is also predicted that significant volatility in gas prices will continue throughout this year. Especially April 1 through the middle of May, when refineries switch from winter to summer blends. From August 1 through mid-September during hurricane season, which has brought significant harm to rigs in the Gulf of Mexico. The winter gasoline phase-in from October 15 the November 15 could also include some volatility, but should see a lowering of prices.
