QUEEN CITY, MO. -- A Queen City man is behind bars facing multiple felony drug charges following his arrest. Roy Clark Senior, 43, is charged with manufacturing a controlled substance- methamphetamine, possession of meth and possession of meth paraphernalia. He is being held in the Adair County Jail for Schuyler County officials under a $75,000 cash only bond.

According to court papers, a Schuyler County Sheriff’s deputy was called to a location on Route W outside of Queen City, where they had found a suspicious duffle bag. Inside the deputy found several items known to be used in the manufacture of meth. Along with those items was a photo ID card with the name Roy Clark on it.

When a search warrant was served at Clark’s residence, they found numerous drug related items. Clark has previously been convicted of manufacturing meth and felony possession of a controlled substance. The initial court date for Roy Clark Senior has not yet been set.
