KIRKSVILLE, MO. -- A Kirksville man is facing a felony charge after allegedly stealing from someone he was staying with.
   
Daniel Graves, 23, is charged with stealing a controlled substance. He has been released on bond.
   
According to court papers, Graves is accused of stealing sixty Vicodin pills from the person he was staying with.
    
Graves has already been arraigned and waived his preliminary hearing in Adair County Associate Circuit Court. His court date in circuit court has not been set. He remains free on his own recognizance.
