KIRKSVILLE, MO -- The Adair County YMCA is making sure you develop a healthy body, mind and spirit. They offer spinning classes every Tuesday and Thursday morning. The class is open to everybody from exercise enthusiasts to first timers.

"These classes are open for anybody to come in, and jump in at anytime," said Membership and Wellness Director, Diane Corder. "That's what is unique about spinning. You can have someone that's been doing it for three years and somebody that's just starting, being in the exact same class. They do it at their own pace so anybody can do it at anytime."

Corder tells us all the classes at the Y are free with membership. She recommends getting there early if you want to take the spinning class because they fill up quickly.

They also offer yoga every Tuesday and Thursday morning at 8:30, Pilate classes on Wednesday mornings at 8:30 and Zumba Mondays and Fridays at 5:45 and 8:30 and on Saturdays at 8:30 a.m.
