Dustin Joe Hooper with sexual misconduct in the first degree
LEWIS COUNTY, MO. -- A LaBelle, Missouri man has been arrested and charged with sexual misconduct.
Last week, officers with the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office arrested Dustin Joe Hooper, 18, and charged him with sexual misconduct in the first degree. That is a Class D Felony.
Hooper is alleged to have sent inappropriate sexual photographs of himself to a minor 12 and/or 13 years of age.
Hooper was released after posting $10,000 cash bond.
No court date for Hooper has been announced at this time.
