KIRKSVILLE, MO -- Kirksville residents won't be allowed to park on one major city street.

Construction crews began saw cutting pavement along the west side of Franklin Street Monday.

Due to the construction, no parking will be available on the western side of Franklin from Randolph to Normal Streets.

This no parking zone will be in effect until 5 p.m. Wednesday.

Violators will be towed at the owner's expense.
