ADAIR COUNTY, MO. -- A northeast Missouri man is behind bars facing his fourth DWI.

John Sizemore, 46, of Novinger is charged with DWI as an aggravated offender.

According to court documents, Sizemore was arrested in the parking lot of the J and R Market in Novinger.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a trooper watched him pull into the parking lot, walk into the store, while stumbling, and then struggled to pull out his money.

The trooper detected an odor of intoxicants on Sizemore and when asked if he had been drinking, Sizemore said, '”Yeah I've a little."

After further investigation, the trooper discovered he had pled guilty to three other driving while intoxicated charges.

Sizemore is now being held in the Adair County Detention Center on a $25,000 cash only bond.
