Rick Parris, 52, of Pollock, Mo.
PUTNAM COUNTY, MO. -- After receiving questions from viewers, we are updating the latest information on the case against the man accused of inappropriately touching a student while driving a school bus.
Ricky Parris, 52, of Pollock, Missouri is charged with first degree child molestation in the case.
Parris is accused of touching the seven year old victim on three different occasions, including twice while on the school bus. At the time, Parris was a driver for the company who was contracted to provide student transportation for the Putnam County School District.
Parris is currently free on bond and his next court date is scheduled for October 9th in a Putnam County court room. The court is expected to set a date for a preliminary hearing at that time.
